A 28-year-old Fort Meade woman, Kellyn Miley, was arrested on July 23rd for allegedly using a diner patron\u2019s credit card information to make a fraudulent online food order.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Polk County Sheriff\u2019s Office (PCSO) investigation began when the victim received a notification of a $55 transaction at a local diner she had not made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The diner\u2019s owner confirmed that Kellyn Miley, a former employee, had picked up the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During questioning, Miley initially claimed to have obtained the credit card information from someone she met on the dating app Tinder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, she later admitted to acquiring the information while the victim made a purchase at a different restaurant where Miley worked. A photo of the victim\u2019s credit card was also found on Miley\u2019s phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miley was arrested and charged with criminal use of personal identification, fraudulent use of a credit card, and petit theft. She is currently being held at the Polk County Jail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
