Here&#8217;s a look at her charges, according to online jail records:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possession of marijuana under 20 grams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of drug paraphernalia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allowing an open house party<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fugitive of justice (Tennessee)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contributing to the delinquency of a minor (8 counts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a suspended driver&#8217;s license<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining a residence for drug use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sandra Gross was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, an open house party, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, maintaining a residence for drug use, and possession of a suspended driver&#8217;s license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputies also found a Crown Royal bag with weed inside in the living room and a grinder with marijuana on a bedside table.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" data-dominant-color=\"53463d\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" style=\"--dominant-color: #53463d;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"434\" height=\"485\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1110px) 100vw, 1110px\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Screenshot-58b-1.png?resize=434%2C485&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48175 not-transparent\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Screenshot-58b-1.png?w=434&amp;ssl=1 434w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Screenshot-58b-1.png?resize=268%2C300&amp;ssl=1 268w\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As deputies conducted their investigation in the home, a man, identified as 23-year-old My&#8217;Eyeland Johnson, arrived to pick up his nephew.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Despite multiple lawful orders to vacate the property, Johnson refused and was subsequently arrested for resisting arrest,&#8221; the Polk County Sheriff&#8217;s Office said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eight other people, all ages 13 to 17, were also arrested and faced numerous charges, including possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of felony probation, burglary, and battery on a law enforcement officer. They were taken to the Juvenile Assessment Center.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sheriff Grady Judd issued the following statement after the incident:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;I want to extend my deepest thanks to the residents of this community for their vigilance. Your willingness to \u2018see something and say something\u2019 about this suspicious activity has been instrumental in our efforts to maintain safety and order.
