Ron DeSantis that attempted to limit diversity and race-based discussions in private workplaces. U.S. District Judge Mark Walker on Friday issued a permanent injunction blocking enforcement of the law. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"271\" height=\"186\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1110px) 100vw, 1110px\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/US-District-Judge-Mark-Walker.jpg?resize=271%2C186&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14822\" style=\"width:420px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He previously ruled the law is unconstitutional. The final order comes after an appeals court agreed with his original ruling.
