Scenario 1. The system develops by Friday and gets a bit stronger over the weekend. Scenario 2. It stays weak and either crosses Florida or stays South of Florida and goes into the Gulf. That would bring higher rain chances over the weekend but no big deal. It would, however, then have the chance to go North in the Gulf and get stronger. Ultimately, a Northern Gulf landfall would be more likely in this scenario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Euro has been consistent with the East Coast idea. Most others go Gulf. Either way, this isn&#8217;t a threat for Caribbean islands. When we see how fast it develops (or doesn&#8217;t develop) in the next few days, we&#8217;ll have our answer. Either way, nothing to freak out about for our area. I bet we see 6 or 7 more of these hatched areas in Florida over the next 3 months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
