Folks in the Caribbean islands need to keep a close eye on this one. Vacation plans to these islands next week are dicey as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Models still forecast a sizeable East Coast trough next week to help keep what should be Ernesto East of Florida. If the trough &#8220;misses&#8221; the storm, it would track more West.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Not much should change through the weekend. Just check in for my &#8221; tropical thoughts&#8221; from time to time in case Mother Nature decides to throw us a curve ball. She&#8217;s been known to do so now and then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. After last week, totally understandable there&#8217;s a bit higher stress level. At least at this point, there&#8217;s solid model consensus. Let&#8217;s hope it stays that way. (I think it will) Remember, it&#8217;s a marathon.
