The Florida Department of Health has initiated a notification process for individuals whose personal and medical information was compromised in a recent cyberattack and subsequently exposed on the dark web. According to an official statement released by the department on Wednesday, affected Floridians receive mailed notifications and are offered complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The breach occurred in June and was orchestrated by the international hacker collective known as RansomHub.
