The process\u00a0involves inserting a flexible liner inside the existing pipe, inflating the liner, and exposing it to heat or ultraviolet light to dry and harden\u00a0the liner inside the pipe. The liner essentially forms a\u00a0smooth surface\u00a0inside the existing pipe, restoring it to\u00a0near-new condition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this rehabilitation work, vehicular traffic through the work area will be reduced to one way. Flaggers will be in place to help direct travel through the work zone.
