Founded by Stacy and Kevin Brown, Chicken Salad Chick has built a serious following with a menu featuring its famous chicken salad and a focus on the women who have brought it to the world.<\/p>\n\n\n

 \u201cAt the heart of Chicken Salad Chick are the Chicks who inspire us every day,\u201d says the brand\u2019s website. \u201cThe named flavors on the menu are named for the real people in Stacy\u2019s life. She chose to create new spins on classic flavors in their honor, to reflect their personalities and connections.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The brand has also made its mark through the Chicken Salad Chick Foundation, which works to fight for a cure to cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, Chicken Salad Chick is at work on a new location in Lakeland, where a submitted plan review shows a new Chicken Salad Chick opening at 5216 Florida Ave. S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There, you\u2019ll be able to try sandwiches like the Chicken Salad BLT and the Chick Melt; Salads, Side, and Soups; and a wide variety of chicken salad flavors ranging from Spicy varieties like Buffalo Barclay (Craving wings? This is definitely the choice for you) to Savory varieties like Lauryn\u2019s Lemon Basil (Our brightest flavor featuring chopped pecans, fresh basil, and lemon), to Fruity and Nutty flavors like Fancy Nancy (Dress it up with Fuji apples, seedless grapes, and pecans).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
