Rollins College rests atop the three-team field with 141 team points, while host Florida Tech is in third place, with 76 team points. The three-day event continues throughout the weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preliminary heats began at 10:00 a.m., with the finals starting at 6:00 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HOW IT HAPPENED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In the opening 200 freestyle relay, the Mocs &#8220;A&#8221; relay of freshmen&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wswim\/2019-20\/bios\/kosek_tianna_kd41\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tianna Kosek<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wswim\/2019-20\/bios\/williams_danielle_9fbj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Danielle Williams<\/a>, senior&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wswim\/2019-20\/bios\/meyer_mallary_4hfm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mallary Meyer<\/a>, and junior&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wswim\/2019-20\/bios\/chang_kimmy_nupc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kimmy Chang<\/a>&nbsp;started the finals strong, claiming second place with a time of 1:36.45, earning 16 team points. The &#8220;B&#8221; Relay team of freshman&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wswim\/2019-20\/bios\/drabick_emily_l999\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Emily Drabick<\/a>, sophomore&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wswim\/2019-20\/bios\/sill_grace_7j57\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Grace Sill<\/a>, junior&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wswim\/2019-20\/bios\/whitton_lanier_au8p\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lanier Whitton<\/a>, and freshman&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wswim\/2019-20\/bios\/misenar_morgan_zdli\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Morgan Misenar<\/a>&nbsp;earned eight points with a sixth place finish in 1:39.85.<\/li><li>Misenar returned in the next women&#8217;s event, the 500 freestyle, and scored two points with an eighth place finish in 5:11.70.<\/li><li>Up next, senior&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wswim\/2019-20\/bios\/wallen_malin_t77i\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Malin Wallen<\/a>&nbsp;claimed Southern&#8217;s sole win on the day, swimming the 200-individual medley in a season-best 2:06.22. Classmate&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wswim\/2019-20\/bios\/fraser_kyra_ovf2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kyra Fraser<\/a>&nbsp;placed fourth in 2:10.75, with freshman&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wswim\/2019-20\/bios\/eisold_annalise_ac1a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Annalise Eisold<\/a>&nbsp;taking seventh in 2:12.95.<\/li><li>The Mocs scored 16 team points in the 50-free, as Kosek took third (24.35), Williams fourth (24.42), and Meyer seventh (24.59).<\/li><li>Event nine, the 400-medley relay, saw FSC&#8217;s &#8220;A&#8221; team of Whitton, Drabick, Chang, and Misenar earning 12 points with a fourth place finish in 3:59.74, while the &#8220;B&#8221; relay of Fraser, Eisold, Meyer, and Williams placed sixth in 4:04.25.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INSIDE THE NUMBERS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In the individual events, Wallen led all Mocs by earning ten points, as Kosek tallied seven. Fraser and Williams each earned six.<\/li><li>Eisold and Meyer earned three points apiece for Southern, as Misenar garnered the final two points.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>UP NEXT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Day Two of the three-day event will take place on Saturday, November 23.
