Today, power has been successfully restored to more than 9,000 customers, marking over 90% of customers affected by Hurricane Milton restored in just three <\/a>days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers with damaged electrical equipment or those currently contending with flooding may be unable to safely receive power until the floodwaters recede or their equipment undergoes assessment and repair by a qualified electrician.<\/p>\n\n\n

Estimated Restoration Times<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We estimate power will be restored Friday, October 18 to all customers able to safely receive power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More detailed estimated restoration times for all customers are now available on the outage map by zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estimated restoration times can be viewed by zone in the outage map by clicking “View by Zone” in the map legend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Please note: All of Combee Settlement will be restored Tuesday, October 15.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regardless of the zone estimate, customers who are currently flooded will be restored on Friday, October 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer Service<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers should call (863)834-9535 to report electric emergencies and downed lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer Service Call Center will be open until midnight tonight; it will reopen on 10\/13\/24<\/p>\n\n\n\n

at 6 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
