By the Chef Pizza, a chef-driven pizzeria that started as a pop-up in April of 2024, is expanding to a brick-and-mortar location, owner Peter Garces reported to Business Debut. Debuting at 1212 Florida Ave S, Lakeland, FL 33803<\/a>, the new pizzeria is planning to open in December.<\/p>\n\n\n

The menu will focus on hand-crafted, specialty pizzas, including popular pies like the thick-cut pepperoni with hot honey, the Elote (Mexican street corn) pizza, and their three-mushroom pizza, all available in deep-dish focaccia or traditional round dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
