During their visits, 20 massage therapists offered to perform sexual acts in exchange for money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One suspect, Jinxia Huang, allegedly battered a detective who refused her advances. Another, Xiu Lin, was arrested for resisting arrest while interfering with a separate arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe want our communities to be safe and free from illegal activities, and criminals who take advantage of people. These arrests are part of our ongoing efforts to hold those who break the law accountable. We\u2019re focused on keeping our neighborhoods safe, and we\u2019ll keep cracking down on businesses that operate outside the law,\u201d said Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The suspects arrested in this case and their charges are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ARRESTED AT XI XI SPA, 7554 Cypress Gardens Blvd:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qiuhua Zhang \u2013 Charged with Offering to Commit Prostitution (M2), and Unlicensed Massage Therapy (M1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jinxia Huang \u2013 Charged with Offering to Commit Prostitution (M2), Unlicensed Massage Therapy (M1), Battery (M1), and False Imprisonment (F3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ARRESTED AT NEW COAST SPA, 28079 U.S. Hwy 27:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rose Wang Walker \u2013 Charged with Offering to Commit Prostitution (M2). She told deputies that she is the owner of the business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hongxin Yang \u2013 Charged with Offering to Commit Prostitution (M2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ARRESTED AT QUEEN DAY SPA, 1947 21st&nbsp;Street NW:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qui Qiaojun \u2013 Charged with Offering to Commit Prostitution (M2) and Unlicensed Massage Therapy (M1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Li An \u2013 Charged with Offering to Commit Prostitution (M2) and Unlicensed Massage Therapy (M1)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ARRESTED AT HEALTH ASIAN MASSAGE, 1222 6TH&nbsp;Street NW:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shuangyan Hu \u2013 Charged with Offering to Commit Prostitution (M2) and Unlicensed Massage Therapy (M1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Xuekun Lin \u2013 Charged with Offering to Commit Prostitution (M2) and Unlicensed Massage Therapy (M1)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ARRESTED AT SHANGRILA MASSAGE, 1134 1st&nbsp;Street South:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ying Lin \u2013 Charged with Offering to Commit Prostitution (M2)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Xiu Lin \u2013 Charged with two counts of Resisting Arrest (M1)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ARRESTED AT NEW ORIENTAL MASSAGE, 6000 Lucerne Park Road:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Baohua Zhang \u2013 Charged with Offering to Commit Prostitution (M2).
