Forward Amile Jefferson, on assignment from the Orlando Magic, added 22 points and 15 boards while two-way guard Josh Magette had a game-high 11 assists for Lakeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guard Talen Horton-Tucker, on assignment from the Los Angeles Lakers, led South Bay in scoring with 24 points while Gary Payton II added 21 points and 11 rebounds. The reigning NBA G League Player of the Week, Payton has now averaged 30.2 points, 9.2 rebounds and 7.8 assists over the last five games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lakeland (9-7) will finish its Winter Showcase schedule on Saturday when it takes on the Windy City Bulls at 2:30 p.m. PT.
