This is one of the easiest recipes that I make during the holiday season and everyone LOVES it! Be careful though… it is EXTREMELY ADDICTIVE!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cook time:<\/strong>\u00a01 Hr 30 Min \u00a0Prep time:<\/strong>\u00a01 Hr 5 Min\u00a0\u00a0Yield:<\/strong>\u00a0a LOT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1<\/strong> lb unsalted peanuts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1<\/strong> lb salted peanuts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12<\/strong> oz semi-sweet chocolate chips<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12<\/strong> oz milk chocolate chips<\/p>\n\n\n\n

20<\/strong> oz peanut butter chips<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2<\/strong>\u00a0lb white almond bark or vanilla candy coating<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Test Kitchen Tips:<\/strong> Cooking time really depends on your slow cooker. In ours, the chocolate melted in a little over an hour and we stirred the mixture every 30 minutes. We suggest keeping an eye on it so it doesn’t scorch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.<\/strong> Layer all ingredients except the bark in a large slow cooker (starting with the peanuts).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.<\/strong> Break apart the bark into chunks and place into the slow cooker as the last layer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.<\/strong> Turn the pot on low, cover with the lid, and leave to cook 1 hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.<\/strong> Remove the lid and stir to combine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.<\/strong>\u00a0Replace the lid and cook for another 30 minutes, keeping an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t burn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.<\/strong> Stir again. Spoon mixture in small piles onto wax paper or non-stick aluminum foil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.<\/strong> Allow the candy to harden for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
