Vehicle 1, a BMW 330E, was traveling southbound on I-75.  Vehicle 2, a tractor trailer, was traveling southbound on I-75 behind Vehicle 1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vehicle 3, a BMW X7, and Vehicle 4, a GMC Denali pickup, as well as Vehicle 5, a tractor trailer, were stopped in traffic southbound on I-75. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Near the 277 Milepost, Vehicle 1 changed lanes into the path of and was struck by Vehicle 2.  The impact forced Vehicle 1 into a collision with Vehicle 3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After colliding with Vehicle 1, Vehicle 2 continued forward and collided with Vehicle 4 and 5 in successive order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The crash closed the southbound lanes of I-75 until 11:19 AM, when all lanes were reopened.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driver 1:  Male, 43, Wesley Chapel, no injury<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driver 2:  Male, 67, Lakeland, no injury<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driver 3:  Female, 46, Odessa, no injury<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driver 4:  Male, 50, Brooksville, serious injury, transported to an area hospital<\/p>\n\n\n\n
