Suspected source and cause of incident or discovery: A gas condensate sump overfilled and caused approximately 1000 gallons of liquid to discharge to the ground<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Type of pollution, including substance or contaminant name(s):  Landfill gas condensate (liquid).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Amount of pollution, including substance or contaminant name(s):  Estimated up to 1000 gallons of landfill gas condensate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Medium (e.g. land, water, air) affected by pollution: Stormwater in ditch on South side of Phase V landfill cell.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any other information that may be helpful:  Upon discovery, staff on-site immediately began clean-up at the affected areas. Water samples will be taken of the ditches and potentially affected pond.
