Dustin Lee Wallace was arrested on March 29 after allegedly trying to sneak a wallet full of cocaine into Disney World.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" data-dominant-color=\"5b5c63\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"275\" height=\"183\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1110px) 100vw, 1110px\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/images.webp?resize=275%2C183&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55676 not-transparent\" style=\"--dominant-color: #5b5c63; width:446px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the docs obtained by the outlet, the situation began when Wallace and his son were going through security at the Magic Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the metal detector alerted to Wallace\u2019s back pocket, the security officer asked Wallace to empty his pockets. When Wallace did so, the security officer opened up Wallace\u2019s \u201cbulky\u201d wallet. Inside, the officer allegedly found a bag of white powdery substances, per the outlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the discovery, Wallace was told to leave the park and instructed not to return to any Disney-owned locations, the outlet reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wallace\u2019s situation worsened when a field test allegedly identified the substance in his wallet as cocaine. When that test came back, security contacted the sheriff\u2019s office to report Wallace, according to the outlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Man Banned from Disney World<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon their arrival to the park, Orange County Sheriff\u2019s deputies took a statement from Wallace. During questioning, Wallace allegedly told cops that he\u2019d been using cocaine for one month. He said his drug use started due to work-related stress, the outlet reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Further, Wallace allegedly admitted to trying to bring cocaine into the park, per the outlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wallace was taken into custody and booked in a nearby jail, the outlet reported. Wallace, who pleaded not guilty to the charges, had his bond set at $2,500, per the outlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Walt Disney World\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/disneyworld.disney.go.com\/park-rules\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">official rules&nbsp;<\/a>, \u201cany illegal substance\u201d is strictly banned from their parks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe reserve the right to deny admission, prevent entry or require a person already admitted to leave the Walt Disney World Resort or any part thereof, without refund, liability or compensation,\u201d the rules read, \u201cfor failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances otherwise so require, in our sole and absolute discretion.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One Florida man can no longer go to the Happiest Place on Earth.
