Mini Chocolate Chips or chocolate mints for garnish<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feeling minty fresh?! Mint Moose Tracks Squares make a fun dessert; it\u2019s a refreshing combination of brownies, ice cream, and whipped topping. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, but instead of using an 8\u201d x 8\u201d pan, spread evenly in a 13\u201d x 9\u201d pan covered in parchment paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bake for approximately 28 minutes, until a toothpick comes out fairly clean (no wet batter). Allow to cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remove Mint Moose Tracks from the freezer to soften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spread an even layer over the cooled brownie crust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place the entire pan in the freezer to harden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, remove the frozen whipped topping from the freezer and allow to soften until spreadable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remove the cake from the freezer and cover evenly with frozen whipped topping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place back in the freezer until you\u2019re ready to serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When ready to serve, allow the cake to sit out at room temperature for a few minutes to soften. Garnish cake slices with mini chocolate chips or chocolate mint shavings, if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
