\u2022 20,000 SF of team office, concessions and bar\/restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Pedestrian plaza for gathering and pre\/post-event\nfunctions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PHASE II<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Two 4-story buildings with 94,000 sq. ft. consisting of\ncommercial, retail and office uses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Reduction in surface parking with an addition of 4-story\nparking structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The addition of the parking garage attracts development of\nthe north parcels fronting Main Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Completing Lemon Street west through to the RP Funding\nCenter provides a Lake to Lake experience from Beulah to Mirror.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Activation of Main Street West of Florida Avenue<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Can close Lemon Street on event days for complete\npedestrian and a fan experience feel similar to Amalie Arena<\/p>\n\n\n\n
