The center will be named the Robert and Sandra Graper Early Childhood Center in honor of the late Robert and Sandra Graper, whose transformational gift to the university has played a pivotal role in bringing the project to life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Graper family \u2014 whose name is woven into the fabric of SEU \u2014 continues to invest in future generations through their enduring commitment. Their legacy extends far beyond financial contributions, serving as a lasting testimony to the eternal impact of Christ-centered education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The university also gratefully acknowledges a significant anonymous gift, which has provided foundational support for the center\u2019s development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThese contributions have helped lay both the literal and spiritual groundwork for a center that will shape young lives for decades to come,\u201d said SEU\u2019s Senior Vice President of Advancement & Innovation, Dr. Michael Steiner.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Robert and Sandra Graper Early Childhood Center will serve children ages zero to four through a classical education model, focusing on milestone and routine-based learning that encourages natural and outdoor play and classically guided exploration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe center\u2019s classical approach will cultivate a love of learning, shape moral character and guide children toward truth, beauty and goodness \u2014 planting seeds of faith and wisdom that will grow for a lifetime,\u201d emphasized Steiner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The center will also provide hands-on learning and practicum experiences for students enrolled in SEU\u2019s College of Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
