The event is scheduled to take place on <strong>Wednesday,\nAugust 7 at 10 AM from the Watson Clinic South location<\/strong> at 1033 North\nParkway Frontage Road in Lakeland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projected to open in January of 2020, Watson Clinic\nUrgent Care South will feature a staff of board-certified physicians and highly\nprofessional care team members who can treat minor illnesses and injuries on a\nwalk-in basis without the need for an appointment. In addition to the\nconvenience of after-hours and weekend availability and onsite access to x-ray,\nCT, ultrasound and laboratory capabilities, Urgent Care South will also\nintroduce same-day online appointment scheduling to minimize waiting times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOur walk-in care options \u2013 including our Urgent Care\nMain and XpressCare Highlands facilities &#8211; have become increasingly popular\nover the past few years,\u201d says Watson Clinic Managing Partner Dr. Steven\nAchinger, \u201cOur new Urgent Care South location will expand upon the level of\nconvenience and expertise that our community demands and deserves.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPatients appreciate our walk-in care options because\nthey deliver quality healthcare on their schedule when they need it the most,\u201d\nsays Watson Clinic Urgent Care specialist Jarett A.
