The inspection revealed a total of 5 violations, with one high-priority violation and four basic violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>High-Priority Violations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">State&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.myfloridalicense.com\/inspectionDetail.asp?InspVisitID=13489564&amp;id=3353786\">records<\/a>&nbsp;revealed that the most notable issue involved the restaurant&#8217;s dishwashing machine. Inspectors found the dishwasher&#8217;s chlorine sanitizer was not working at the required strength, measuring 0 parts per million when it should have been much higher. The restaurant was told to stop using the dishwasher for sanitizing dishes and set up manual sanitization until the machine is fixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Basic Violations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Four basic&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.myfloridalicense.com\/inspectionDetail.asp?InspVisitID=13489564&amp;id=3353786\">violations<\/a>&nbsp;were noted during the inspection, with two corrected while inspectors were still at the restaurant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Violations Corrected on-site:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pink debris had built up inside the ice machine near where ice drops out. Restaurant management cleaned the area immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An ice scoop was being stored on a dirty surface at the south service station. Staff removed it right away.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Still needs fixing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Water spots were visible on ceiling tiles at the south end of the restaurant. The restaurant was already replacing ceiling tiles from north to middle sections overnight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ceiling tiles and vents at the south end showed buildup of food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substances. The restaurant was working on ceiling replacement throughout the facility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Polk County restaurant, which operates as a family-friendly buffet chain, has 4.1-star ratings based on 4,177 Google reviews.
