“You know what buck-naked means. He\u2019s not even wearing any socks,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd explained. “You can be naked and wearing socks, but buck-naked means you don\u2019t have anything on.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The driver called the sheriff\u2019s office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“We asked him, \u2018Are you cold?\u2019 Not bit. What are you doing? Well, it\u2019s a TikTok challenge. You don\u2019t even have your cell phone. You\u2019re really naked when you don\u2019t have your cell phone,” Judd said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The sheriff added that when the deputies asked him for his name, the man gave a false name and wrong address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“So, we addressed him for obvious violations of the law,” Judd stated. “He went to the jail and, afterall, he went there without any clothes on. That\u2019s how he arrived at book in. We said,” Here he comes, buck-naked.”<\/p>\n\n\n

He was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting an officer without violence and exposure of sexual organs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
