Cadet Luke Reeves is a senior majoring in Political Science with a minor in Spanish at Florida Southern College<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Reeves joined #ArmyROTC<\/a> to continue a family tradition of serving as an officer and to become the best version of himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reeves stands out from his peers due to his exceptional leadership, pursuit of academic excellence, global perspective, and a strong commitment to service. He is a model #ScholarAthleteLeader<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is an Eagle Scout, a 4-year Army ROTC scholarship recipient, and was awarded the Superior Cadet Decoration Award. Reeves also received two competitive Project Go language scholarships to further his academic pursuits, and spent two summers in East Africa studying Swahili while working within local communities.<\/p>\n\n\n

He currently serves as Battalion Commander of the Moccasin Battalion and has competed on the #RangerChallenge<\/a> team and run the Army-10 Miler. Reeves is a member of the track team \"\ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2642\ufe0f\", and, additionally, he is a Student Senator, Presidential Ambassador, a personal trainer, and he serves as president of the Fellowship for Christian Athletes at FSU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his free time, Reeves loves playing intramural sports, grilling steaks, Jiujitsu, and going to church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He hopes to branch Infantry and enjoy all the adventures being Infantry has to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
