I use vanilla pudding or cheesecake pudding, but you can use any flavor. White chocolate, butterscotch, even chocolate would taste great!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pumpkin pie spice. Pumpkin pie spice is a warm spice blend made with cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. If you don&#8217;t have it in your cabinet, you can easily\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/midwesternhomelife.com\/how-to-make-pumpkin-pie-spice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">make your own pumpkin pie spice<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brown sugar. Just a little bit of brown sugar adds richness because of the molasses &#8212; and also helps get rid of that &#8220;vegetal&#8221; flavor of the pumpkin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pumpkin puree. Be sure to grab a can of pure pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling, which has sugar and spices added.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83e\udd63How to Make Pumpkin Pudding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1:&nbsp;<\/strong>In a large bowl, whisk the pudding mix, pumpkin spice, and brown sugar to break up any clumps. Add about \u00bd of the milk and briefly whisk until smooth.
