A<\/ins> Central Florida woman was recently arrested for speeding at 113 MPH on a motorcycle on I-4.

A Polk County Sheriff\u2019s Office deputy was recently conducting traffic enforcement on I-4 near Polk City. At approximately 10:40 p.m., the deputy observed a black BMW motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed, weaving dangerously through traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to law enforcement, the deputy\u2019s radar measured the bike\u2019s speed at 113 MPH, in a 70 MPH zone.<\/p>\n\n\n

A traffic stop was conducted, and the deputy made contact with the motorcycle operator, 41-year-old Odalys Darelis Roman, of Orlando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roman said that she was on her way home and was attempting to pass the vehicles to avoid a collision.\u00a0She requested that the deputy only issue a warning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odalys Roman was arrested and taken to the Sheriff\u2019s Processing Center and charged with Reckless Driving and Dangerous Excessive Speeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
