On Saturday, February 8, Lakeland Magic Head Coach, Stan Heath and players will be hosting a free youth basketball clinic at the AdventHealth Fieldhouse, the new practice facility of the Lakeland Magic. This clinic will teach students basic basketball skills through an interactive experience. Simultaneously, the Positive Coaching Alliance will be hosting a seminar for the parents and guardians called The Second Goal Parenting. This seminar will help coach parents into being the best role models for their student-athletes. In sports, winning is the first goal but teaching life lessons through youth sports is the second goal. For more information about both clinics visit lakelandmagic.com\/basketballclinic<\/a>.
