Finland-based aggregates crushing and screening equipment maker Metso says the territory of its distributor Mellot has been expanded to include the state of Florida, effective Jan. 1, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis territory expansion builds on Mellott\u2019s existing Metso coverage in the southeastern United States, serving both aggregate producers and the contractor market,\u201d states Metso, adding that Mellott staff has more than 30 years of experience in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Metso, Warfordsburg, Pennsylvania-based Mellott has played a key role in advancing Metso\u2019s distribution strategy in other parts of the U.S. The territory expansion into Florida has been made to enhance regional access to Metso\u2019s crushing and screening equipment, spare and wear parts and services, adds Metso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On its website, Mellott lists locations<\/a> in six cities, including its hometown of Warfordsburg and in Lakeland, Florida. The company also operates from sites in Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina and Tennessee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
