\u2022 Expanded spay\/neuter initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Meaningful partnerships with rescues<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Implementation and support of TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return) for community cats<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Open communication with the public<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TNVR is a humane, evidence-based approach used successfully in many communities to reduce outdoor cat populations, prevent suffering, and decrease shelter intake over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
