While we respect the role of the <a href=\"https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/\">Lakeland Gazette<\/a> and public discourse, we cannot remain silent when information is presented in a way that misrepresents our mission, our work, and\u2014most importantly\u2014the people we serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For over four decades, Talbot House has stood as a pillar of hope in our community, serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness with dignity, compassion, and evidence-based solutions.
