Twisted? Worthy of life in prison \u2013&nbsp;<em>right?&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Well, sorry, but the current law just\u00a0isn\u2019t\u00a0working. He was charged with\u00a0<strong>28 COUNTS of cruelty and<em>\u00a0<\/em>never saw a day of jail time.<\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Two counts of animal torture.
