It looks like the local food scene is buzzing! Public plan-review documents were just submitted for a new spot called Lakeland Donuts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

  • The Location:<\/strong> The shop is targeting a compact retail space at 2810 S. Florida Avenue<\/strong>, right next to the Holy Moly Smoke Shop and just south of the Market at Southgate (where the Publix, Starbucks, and Five Guys are).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Who is Behind It:<\/strong> State business records show the LLC was registered by a manager named Sophal Cheng. When local business reporters reached out for details on the concept, Cheng kept things under wraps and declined to comment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The Timeline:<\/strong> Because they are just in the early plan-review and permitting phase with the city, there isn’t an official opening date or menu posted yet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
