City water utility crews are currently directing traffic through the work zone along one travel lane.\u00a0 Heavy congestion is slowing traffic and causing backups. Motorists are encouraged to avoid delays by taking alternate routes to bypass areas. Both travel lanes will reopen when traffic can safely resume or\u00a0after repairs are complete and service is restored.
