Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 lb ground beef<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 can cream of mushroom soup<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 cup milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 onion, sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salt and pepper, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Directions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Drain excess grease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Layer sliced potatoes, ground beef, and sliced onion in a greased baking dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Season each layer with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Pour soup mixture evenly over the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Cover with foil and bake for about 1 hour, until potatoes are tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Remove foil during the last 10\u201315 minutes if you want the top golden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
