An Aeromed helicopter was initially requested but was unable to respond due to weather conditions. The K-9 is being transported to receive emergency veterinary care by ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This remains a very active and rapidly developing situation.
