We found a building permit filed with the City of Lakeland for a $450,000 remodel at 1474 Town Center Dr, Suite 102, inside Lakeside Village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The permit lists Miniso as the tenant.<\/p>\n\n\n

Lakeland’s first Miniso opened at Lakeland Square Mall in August 2025, drawing a large crowd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new filing points to a second location on the other side of town, in Lakeside Village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The permit is still under review, so nothing is finalized yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No opening date has been announced.<\/p>\n\n\n
