For 7 years, we\u2019ve been filling the gap left by other local newspapers and making sure everyone can read ours for free, including archives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have more than 17,000 published stories<\/strong> and over 3,500 comments from our readers<\/strong> about the decisions made at the City Commission, the new restaurant openings, elections, schools, development, community leaders, and the people and ideas affecting Lakeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And we\u2019d love to continue this work for years to come.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n
