Lakeland Gazette or it\u2019s parent Cloud 9 Entertainment Inc is claiming the logo for themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Robert-E.-Puterbaugh.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8075\" width=\"199\" height=\"278\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Robert-E.-Puterbaugh.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Robert-E.-Puterbaugh-214x300.jpg 214w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 199px) 100vw, 199px\" \/><figcaption>FSC Attorney Robert Puterbaugh<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We wrote an article about the FSC on Aug 22, 2020, <a href=\"https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/2020\/08\/22\/florida-southern-college-money-or-students-vs-covid-19\/\">https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/2020\/08\/22\/florida-southern-college-money-or-students-vs-covid-19\/<\/a> and used the College logo in the article as we have done 100\u2019s of times in the past 18 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But in Puterbaugh\u2019s letter, it starts: \u201cThis letter is to demand that the College\u2019s Mark be immediately removed from your internet posting and websites and not be utilized by any of you at any time in the future without the express written permission of the College\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What Mr. Puterbaugh does not understand we got the logo originated from the marketing department of FSC with the free understanding that The Lakeland Gazette my use the logo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/FH_FOTP2017_WhoTHreatensThePress_infographic_titles_subs_FINAL_1000px.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8088\" width=\"296\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/FH_FOTP2017_WhoTHreatensThePress_infographic_titles_subs_FINAL_1000px.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/FH_FOTP2017_WhoTHreatensThePress_infographic_titles_subs_FINAL_1000px-300x227.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/FH_FOTP2017_WhoTHreatensThePress_infographic_titles_subs_FINAL_1000px-768x582.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 296px) 100vw, 296px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr. Puterbaugh needs to understand there is a thing call freedom of the press.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The issue is not the logo it\u2019s the article that why can not attack.
