Old Town Kissimmee has been sold for more than $24.4 million, putting a new owner in charge of one of the area\u2019s most recognizable entertainment spots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The district opened in December 1986 along Highway 192, designed to evoke a classic Florida town with brick streets and distinctive storefronts. Over the years, its locally owned shops, restaurants, and weekly car cruises have made it a familiar stop for residents and visitors. A major 2019 renovation added the 86-foot Ferris wheel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
