Property tax revenues are projected at roughly $65 million (about 7.5% of total revenue) due to a 4.96% growth in taxable property values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Primary Revenue Source:<\/strong> Nearly two-thirds ($572 million) of net revenue stems from municipal charges for city-run services, including electric, water, and waste utilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personnel Spending:<\/strong> Remains the single largest expenditure category at <strong>$236.1 million<\/strong> (27% of the total budget).
