Kear of Bonita Springs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Two people, believed to be pilots, were on board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 According to the Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office, the pilots experienced a possible mechanical issue and attempted the roadway landing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 During the landing, the plane clipped the rear of a pickup truck traveling eastbound on Bayshore Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 No injuries have been reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 The plane has been removed from the road and relocated nearby. The FAA is leading the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Eastbound Bayshore saw lane reductions while LCSO and FDOT managed the scene.
