Officials with InnovaCare Health<\/a>, a national leader in integrated and value-based healthcare services, announced today the company has entered into an agreement to acquire Dr. Lama Medical Center (DLMC), a two-physician medical group based in Haines City, Fla. The primary care practice will join the InnovaCare Health family of companies and be supported by the organization\u2019s MSO network, InnovaCare Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 1993, DLMC has taken a progressive approach to population health management, building services to support patients\u2019 entire wellbeing, including preventative care and services to support chronic disease management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With more than 30 combined years of experience in the Haines City market, DLMC\u2019s two licensed physicians \u2013 Jacobo Lama, M.D., and William Jimenez, M.D.\u2013 conduct more than 11,000 patient visits annually. Together with their staff, they provide region-leading patient experience. All of the group\u2019s staff and providers will continue to serve current patients as well as new ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
