Changes can also be made online at&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.polkelections.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PolkElections.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAn address change may mean a voter has moved into or out of the city limits, an important detail in a city election,\u201d explained Supervisor of Elections, Lori Edwards.&nbsp;
