PCSO deputies and Polk County Fire Rescue responded to a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian on Highway 98 North in Lakeland.
The vehicle involved reportedly fled the scene and was described as possibly a black Honda Accord.
Emergency crews are evaluating the pedestrian.
