The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is on the scene Wednesday morning of a deadly crash involving two vehicles and a pedestrian.
An adult was hit by both vehicles before 5:52 a.m. Wednesday on U.S. Highway 98 at Ritter Road, according to the sheriff’s office.
Updated from PCSO US Hwy 98 North in north Lakeland is now completely reopened.
The two vehicles stayed at the scene, the sheriff’s office said.
