Polk County Code Enforcement has notified WHS Visions of Lakeland LLC owners William and Brandy Stanton of violation of Polk County Ordinance 16-040 Section 2 (6) “objectionable off-site odors” Case number CMA 2019-1286 dated 09/19/2019.
William and Brandy Stanton are also the owners of BS Ranch & Farm, Inc.
The hearing is scheduled 8:30 am on 10/17/2019 in the commissioner’s Board room at the Polk County Admin Building 330 W. Church Street Bartow Florida.
WHS Visions of Lakeland LLC owners William and Brandy Stanton are subject up to a $15,000.00 fine.
