Polk County Supervisor of Elections, Lori Edwards reminds registered voters in the cities of Lakeland & Winter Haven that there will be a Run-Off Election on Tuesday, December 3rd.
Lakeland voters will decide the outcome of the City Commission At-Large Seat 2 race between Chad McLeod and Carole Philipson. Winter Haven voters will choose between Tracy Mercer and William Twyford to decide the winner for City Commissioner, Seat 1.
“Polling locations will be open from 7 am until 7 pm on Municipal Run-Off Election Day, Tuesday, December 3rd”, stated Ms. Edwards, “and voters can confirm their polling location information and view sample ballots online at PolkElections.com”.
