LVIM has made the difficult decision to postpone the Swan Derby. Due to these uncertain times, we have not yet chosen a new date. As a healthcare organization, the health and safety of our community is what is most important to us.
The Swan Derby is our only large fundraiser of the year and we are thankful for our sponsors who have chosen to continue to support our organization through this transition.
LVIM is a primary health care center that provides FREE medical care to the working uninsured residents of Polk County. While we have made the decision to stop accepting new patients, we are open and continue to be a medical home for our 3,000 current patients.
