Per the Governor’s Order, Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center will resume elective surgeries and procedures on Monday, May 4, 2020.
To ensure the safety of patients and team members during the COVID-19 pandemic, all patients will now need to test negative for COVID-19 as part of their preoperative workup prior to surgery. Surgery patients may have two visitors for support throughout pre-op, surgery and recovery. In addition, all individuals entering our facilities will be screened for symptoms and exposure to COVID-19.
