Meet Larry Marshall from Haines City. Hint: he’s the guy standing next to Sheriff Judd.
Larry is one of the good guys. Larry had a new, never used, Schwinn bicycle (and a very nice one, too) that he wanted to donate for a good cause. He stopped by our main office & told us he knew that we would find a good kid who needed a new bike. Sheriff Judd was impressed with his generosity, so he stepped out to say hello and thank him personally. Larry, we have already found the perfect match—your bike will go to a fine young man, identified by our deputies, who needed a new bike, but his family is in a tough financial situation. We are also throwing in a helmet and a bike lock. Larry is everything that is right with Polk County. Thank you, Larry!
